SNAPSHOT INTERACTIVE WINS NATIONAL VIDEO-PRODUCTION AWARD

Local Digital Design Shop Takes Home Telly Awards for Web-based Video

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Nashville-based SnapShot Interactive has been named a winner of the 2013 Telly Awards for its production of a Web-based video designed to support the rollout of a mobile app for a Fortune 100 company. The Telly Awards is one of the oldest and most renowned programs honoring film and video production, Web-based commercials, and outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs.

SnapShot Interactive was awarded a Silver Telly – the highest recognition from the Telly Awards – for the video in the Non-broadcast Sales category. It also received a Bronze Telly for the same video in the Non-broadcast Use of Humor category. The satirical video uses humor to engage and inform a network of more than 70,000 sales representatives about the rollout of a mobile app designed to increase productivity.

“This award says a lot about our company and how far it’s climbed in just a matter of a few years,” said Mark Scrivner, founder of SnapShot Interactive. “We’ve worked extremely hard to build a creative and talented team, and a national award of this caliber is proof of the good work we’re doing.”

This year, 11,000 entries were submitted from all 50 states and numerous countries. Winners represent the best work from the most respected advertising agencies, production companies, television stations, cable operators and corporate video departments in the world. Less than 10 percent of entries are chosen as winners of the Silver Telly.
