Cumberland Heights
As part of our marketing for treatment centers, Cumberland Heights—already well known within both the behavioral health and greater Nashville communities—came to us in 2023 needing a new way to tell their story and connect with people. Our goal was to help them reach both patients and their families through a refreshed, compassionate brand narrative that reflects the heart of their mission.
What We Did
With that, we got to work — and we didn’t leave anything untouched: logos, collateral, conference material, signage — you name it. But we knew the most important part of the rebrand would be their website.
We wanted to create a page emphasizing the user experience because when people are in distress and searching for a better life, they need answers right away.
Our team condensed more than 1,000 pages on their existing website into an easy-to-navigate version, keeping the same information but elevating the important things to the top. Throughout the process, we also integrated all their forms into the call-tracking software “CallRail” so that all leads would go to one attributable place, helping more people get the assistance they need.
results
We launched the site in 2024 to high fanfare, connecting with alumni, staff and current patients of Cumberland Heights to show it off. Although it’s early, it was a successful launch and early data is showing positive results.
When working with clients like Cumberland Heights, it’s extra rewarding to see your work come to fruition. For most clients we’re just acquiring customers, profit and improving a bottom line. While all that’s great and part of what we do, with Cumberland Heights, we’re helping people find relief from drugs and alcohol. You can’t stuff that into a shareholder meeting.
