We partnered with Go365 by Humana to guide their social and content strategy through our healthcare marketing.
The Go365 platform, a rewards program for healthy activities, had been around for years, but generating awareness and getting members engaged with the platform was a challenge.
Humana wanted to reward its Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid customers for taking their health seriously—our job was to spark that engagement with a fresh approach.
What We Did
We helped bring the brand to life through a new website and user journey. A website is the frontline for every brand and how its audience perceives it. Maintaining a strong presence rife with detail and brand notes is key.
Developing this journey into a larger campaign or product created an entirely immersive brand experience.

The project was a major success and Humana now sees customers using Go365 on a regular basis. This helps more people find the healthcare they need in an engaging, fun way. In the end, this helps people stay healthy and keep up with their own well-being on a regular basis.
